Ancient stretching and pressure-point therapy, performed fully clothed — the technique that started it all.

Traditional Thai Massage — known in Thailand as Nuad Bo-Rarn — is the foundation every other style on our menu builds from. Instead of oil and gliding strokes, the therapist uses rhythmic palm and thumb pressure, forearms, knees and feet to work along the body's Sen energy lines, combined with assisted stretches that move your joints through a full, supported range of motion.
It's performed on a padded mat, fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing — no oil, no undressing, so you can go straight back into your day afterward.
Rhythmic, sustained pressure follows the body's traditional energy pathways to release blockages and restore flow.
Focused thumb and palm pressure on specific points relieves tension at its root, not just on the surface.
Yoga-like stretches move your joints through a supported, full range of motion you couldn't reach alone.
Traditional Thai Massage suits anyone curious about the technique that started it all — whether you're completely new to massage or you've had this style before and want to return to it. It's especially well suited if you carry stiffness in your hips, shoulders or back and want more than a purely relaxing treatment.
Because it's performed clothed with no oil, it's also a practical choice if you're short on time before or after your session — simply wear something loose and comfortable, and you're ready to go.
Traditional Thai Massage is available in 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions, from €35. See the full price list.
